Unable to access accouny

- Sometimes hard to find foods or multiple listing of other foods
Preferred solution: Access to my account. It may be because I had to change my email address about a year ago. It was catgorman@gmail.com. New email is gormancatalina@gmail.com.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Really nothing we went through PayPal and they got us a refund
When I logged back in all my info had disappeared and I was no longer a premium member even though I had paid for the service. I logged in online and tried to submit a problem with customer service. They kept running me around and I was never able to register my problem with the company. I then used your pissed off service and finally get a response from Myfitnesspal.
They sent an email with some suggestions, which I tried, to no avail.
I still don't have premium access with the app and have not received any help from MyFitnessPal. I just want to get my money refunded!
