MyFitnessPal - Never used and not interested

I did not ever use/ didnt remember doing a plan to pay. I totally forgot this plan even got downloaded and I didnt realize I paid for this. My daughter told me of the free app that she uses and loves for you but I have no interest in taking the time to do it. I only found that I had a subscription because my 1yr subscription was emailed for payment confirmation. May I please get a refund as I cancelled immediately. TYIA

I belonged to a diet group in 2015 and they recommended I use My fitness pal to log my meals. After 2 years I canceled my free membership. Now all of a sudden they are billing me $21.09 for subscription. I have not rejoined and I want my money back. The phone number for this app has been disconnected.

User's recommendation: I would not recommend this app. They are crooks, they don't get back to you, and very hard to cancel.

Tried to login today. Would not accept my login credentials. Tried again and told me e-mail is already registered. (Its me!). My subscription does not renew until 7/4/24. Please advise at your convenience. Thanks! Received a password. It did not work and there is no way to get back to them to correct the issue. This is the second time MyFitnessPal had lost over3 years worth of data and each time I had to start all over again. Unfortunate my subscription goes until 7/24. I have switched to another app with an extensive food library.

Trying to reach someone about my subscription all Im getting is automated emails and responses which is horrible. The app itself is great but not being able to talk to a live person. Makes me want to cancel this. I will make a decision soon.
